Kitten weight chart & log
A clear log of your kitten’s actual weigh-ins, with room for dates, times and notes. This is a recording chart, with no ideal-weight curve or growth prediction.
One page · Free · No sign-up. Blank PDF for handwriting or annotation on your device; not an interactive form.

Identify the kitten first
Use a separate sheet for each kitten and write a name or clear identifying description. Add the litter and date of birth if known; label estimates as estimates. Keep the same identifier on subsequent pages. This is especially useful when kittens look similar or different people help with recordkeeping.
Keep measurements comparable
Record the scale reading in grams, with the date and time. Follow your vet’s or rescue’s weighing instructions. Note a different scale or other change in how the measurement was taken so the next reader has context. If a number looks unexpected, check that it was copied correctly; do not silently replace a previous reading.
Plot your own observations
The PDF includes a blank grid. Label the horizontal axis with the dates you are recording and the vertical axis with a gram scale that fits those measurements. Plot the recorded values, or leave the grid blank and use the table alone. It is not an age-to-weight reference chart and contains no expected growth line.
Share the log with your care team
Take the actual entries and your notes to the vet or rescue coordinator. A chart is a way to communicate observations, not a diagnosis. Ask your care team how often to weigh this kitten and what changes should prompt a call. If you are worried, contact them promptly rather than waiting for enough points to complete a graph.
Questions about the printable
What should my kitten weigh at a certain age?
This template deliberately does not set an expected weight. Ask your vet or rescue team about the individual kitten and use the sheet to record actual readings.
Can I use it for a whole litter?
Print one page per kitten. Keep each identifier consistent, and write the litter name on every sheet so pages stay connected.
